The Brovaries, a queer beer league slo pitch team known for losing, having the most fun, and losing some more, finally have a chance at winning the championships. Behind their push to the top is their hopelessly devoted coach, Joanne Arnolds, whose midlife crisis has her dreaming of something bigger than her beige cubicle.



Slo Pitch is the story of a down-and-out coach who, against insurmountable odds, fights to take their dark horse team to longshot championship glory. Before you go thinking this is Cooling Runnings, or Ted Lasso, don’t. Instead of aspiring Olympians or professional football players, Slo Pitch is about a bunch of amateur league losers who are more interested in drinking warm beer and hanging out than becoming champions.
