Freed Hotel & Residences (FHR) brings the luxury of world-class hotel services to residential life at the epicentre of downtown Toronto. Poised to be the city’s most coveted address, FHR will be crowned by a sky restaurant and the world-famous Katsuya restaurant by SBE on the 2nd floor. With the lobby featuring art by Takashi Murakami, this architectural marvel, designed by world-renowned Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, will be celebrated around the globe.



The branding initiative for Freed Hotel & Residences transformed Toronto's urban landscape into a dynamic canvas, capturing the essence of the city's electric pulse. This campaign uniquely embraced a day and night persona, leveraging the vibrant heart of downtown Toronto as its focal point. The use of a striking red color palette, cutting-edge fashion photography, and patterns integrating the logo underpinned our branding strategy, which was designed to celebrate this architectural masterpiece that will forever enhance the city’s skyline. This branding campaign set a new standard for real estate marketing in Toronto, effectively transforming traditional approaches with innovative techniques that engage and inspire.
