The ILUNION Digital Experience is more than a redesign — it is a statement of purpose. Led by Nurun and implemented by ILUNION Accesibilidad, the project transformed a fragmented ecosystem of 17 independent websites into a seamless, accessible, and inspiring digital network. What began as a challenge in structure became a creative manifesto for inclusion, proving that accessibility and beauty are not opposites, but allies.



From the very beginning, accessibility was not treated as a requirement but as a design philosophy. Every color, word, and interaction was crafted to ensure clarity, comfort, and dignity for all users, following WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The result is a modular design system that scales effortlessly, balancing visual personality with universal usability — where contrast enhances legibility, and simplicity becomes elegance.



Creativity here lies in the method as much as in the outcome. Insights from 404 real users, 11 ethnographic interviews, and over 700 search patterns shaped an experience grounded in evidence and empathy. Each decision — visual, structural, and editorial — helps users find what they need, faster and with greater confidence.



ILUNION’s digital identity now radiates its social mission online: vibrant, human, and coherent across every business line. Each site expresses its individuality while remaining part of a shared ecosystem that feels fluid, intuitive, and purposeful.



Technically, the platform stands on solid ground: Drupal ensures scalability and performance; SEO, CRO, and analytics operate as one intelligent loop of continuous improvement. Core Web Vitals, structured data, and inclusive UX make the experience both measurable and meaningful.



The impact is remarkable: +318% in conversion rate, +184% in organic visibility, and +178% growth in blog traffic. Yet beyond numbers, this project redefines what digital creativity means — a space where technology, empathy, and inclusion meet to create something truly transformative: a digital experience designed for everyone.
