"CHOI CREW" is a running talk show where one of Korea's fastest-growing lifestyle trends—running—meets K-POP entertainment. Hosted by TVXQ!'s CHANGMIN and EXO's CHANYEOL, the series invites K-POP artists to run alongside the hosts while engaging in conversations that range from music and performances to honest reflections and personal stories, revealing a more genuine side of the artists beyond the stage.



Each episode features diverse guests—from solo artists to groups such as RIIZE, NCT WISH, and KISS OF LIFE—who run alongside the hosts while sharing stories about their music, careers, and personal lives, naturally developing chemistry along the way. After every kilometer, participants must decide whether to GO and continue running for additional rewards or STOP and secure their current result, creating suspense throughout the race.
